The RI Group recently began construction of the “Le Parc Beach Front Juan Dolio,” situated some 45 minutes east of Santo Domingo and 25 minutes east of Las Americas International Airport.

The US$12 million facility will feature beautiful social and recreational areas, such as swimming pools, BBQ area, gymnasium, ballrooms, spa and beach club.  Also, a mini market, restaurant, a playground for children and 24-hour security.

Dominican President Danilo Medina headed the groundbreaking ceremony.  Also in attendance were national and international entrepreneurs and government officials.

“We are convinced that we are in the right country,” RI Group president, Roberto Rollo, who praised the country’s investment climate.
